Run 61 From ThrustSSC's Tailplane

Taken from the forward facing camera on ThrustSSC's tailplane, this video shows the shockwave developing over the car as it reaches transonic speeds on the first run of October 13th 1997. The sound track is taken from the cockpit and includes the distinctive howl of the shockwave over the canopy as well as Andy Green's onboard commentary.
